Can I arrange a long term hire?
Yes, Top Machine Services has a strong emphasis on long term rental partnerships. We currently partner with over 200 cafes, shops and canteens Australia wide, creating cost effective & highly profitable slushy solutions.
Do you deliver?
Yes, Top Machine Services can deliver and set up your machine on site.
Will I require any special equipment for the machine?
No, Just ensure you have a strong table to support the weight of the machine (70KG) and allocate a direct power source for the machine to connect (no powerboards or double adapters).
Do you supply alcohol?
No, Top Machine Services supplies the machine & slushy mix; but the alcohol is up to you.
How much slushy will I get per bowl?
Generally speaking, our machines have a capacity of 10 Liters per bowl. In practice, this means a 2 Bowl machine will produce 100 x 200ml Cups.
How do I mix the slushy ingredients?
You will receive a complimentary cocktail recipe with your rental, however mixing the ingredients is very simple and follows a 4 to 1 rule (4 parts water to 1 part slushy mix)
How long does it take the machine to freeze?
In an ideal environment your slushies’ will be ready to enjoy within 1.5 – 2 hours. However, please be aware of conditions which may cause delays in the freezing process such as hot days or unbalanced mixes. If you have concerns about the time it is taking for your machine to freeze, call our office ASAP.
Do your machines come in different sizes?
Our machines are available in 3 different configurations – 1, 2 and 3 bowl. Typically, our machines have a 10L capacity per bowl (with the exception of some compact units) meaning you can choose between 10, 20 or 30 total literage.
Can you supply plastic cups & straws?
Yes, We can supply cups and straws in a number of different shapes and sizes, giving you one less thing to worry about.
